FORM FLOW — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and 3AK Kings LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the Form Flow mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using Form Flow, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.

1. License grant

3AK Kings LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Form Flow on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App to any third party
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
• Use the App to develop a competing product or service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
