Form Flow ("we," "us," or "our") is a Pilates and wellness app built by 3AK Kings LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information we collect

A. Information you provide

• Your first name (entered during onboarding)
• Your fitness goals, experience level, and physical stats (height, weight) entered during onboarding
• Meal and nutrition data you log manually

B. Camera and video data

• Form Flow accesses your camera during AI workout analysis sessions.
• Short video clips and frames are captured during workouts and sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for real-time form analysis.
• These frames are processed and immediately discarded — we do not store video footage on our servers or your device beyond the session.

C. Photos

• If you use the meal scanner, you may upload photos from your library.
• Food photos are sent to our AI provider for nutrition analysis and are not stored after processing.
